“This Song Is You” has been released.
Song notes:
- “This Song Is You” is inspired by the special interactions we have and connections we make with the people we come across in our life's journey.
- The approach to this recording was less is more. There are only a few instruments used, led by piano, and there is minimal texturing.
- I actually wrote and originally recorded this song in late 2022 but held back releasing it until now. I was in cello mode when writing it and ended up keeping a simple cello sound as the solo when I re-recorded it for this release.
