While “Glimpse of Time” has been available on streaming for a while, I really wanted to capture a version that reflects my current solo focus behind the piano.
As many of you know, this song came to life in Portland, Maine. The lyrics—from the faded cobblestones to the chance meeting at the old bookstore—are direct nods to the time I spend wandering those streets. There is a specific energy in Portland that found its way into this song, and filming this session there felt like bringing the music back to its roots.
I’m currently focusing entirely on solo work—honing piano skills, working on vocals, and getting comfortable bringing these songs into a live room. This video is a snapshot of that process.
